This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Summoned by Tributing 3 Zombie-Type monsters you control. As long as you control this card, once per turn, you can place as many Sacrifice Counters on 1 Zombie-Type monster you control by paying 200 Life Points x the amount of Counters you are placing on the monster. During your End Phase, you can Tribute 1 Zombie-Type monster you control to Special Summon 1 Zombie-Type monster from your Graveyard whose Level is equal to the amount of Sacrifice Counters on the Tributed monster. Wow, first of all i really like the pic and card itself. The effect is crazy lol, but it's a great use in a Zombie-Type set if i do say so myself and i would fix ocg, but i'm new.
Now to the rating, um.. clearly a 10/10.

if its limited E then wouldn't there be a first 1 (usually 1 of lower rarity) but I like the card and pic effect seems fair due to its drawback I'd have to say 9/10

Well hope that helped but its still crazy it took me 10+ minutes to fix it, and yea card is kinda Overpowered. So i suggest that you make it Level 9 or 8 and reduce the stats a bit to 2500 or 3000/3000 or 2500. Also about the name you need to work on it some it might be cool but its not right so think about it. Oh! yea and one more thing, just so that you know Zombies are super-easy to summon they can swarm like crazy, so consider bending the effect a bit and adding some draw backs, okay that's it for me i hope i was helpful enough, and as for rating(based on Balance and Creativity): [b]6.5/10[/b] ill raise that a bit if you fix the errors.
