The Pic: 10 Its a perfect picture that i could honestly see on an actual Card.(if it isnt already, probably not though) The OCG: 8 Your OCG does need some definate work, but thats all acceptable, here's my suggestion on how the OCG should read. Please do not take offense for my corrective actions, its natural for me. "When this card destroys a Monster, if it was a White Magic-Type Monster, inflict damage equal to 200 x the destroyed Monsters Level to your Opponent's Life Points. As long as this card remains Face-up on the field, Whenever a White Magic-Type Monster is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard(Excluding by Battle), send the top card of you Opponents Deck to his/her Graveyard. When this card is destroyed and send to the Graveyard, Remove it from Play instead." Effect: 10 Its a perfect Effect from a card that targets a specific Type to use its effects on. Versatility: 4 Its hardly actually usable in a deck today even if White and Black Magic-Type cards went Meta.
