To be honest...the ONLY thing that makes this card anything but real...is the Creator, i usually put "Kazuki Takahashi" in that blank but, it doesnt matter. If this were a real card, this would be my best friend, a great stall card for all of those pesky Meta rush decks. Very nice 10/10, keep up the good work ^^.

Still have OCG error.

While this card is face-up on the Field, all Special Summoned monsters are sent to the Graveyard. This card is destroyed during the 3rd End Phase of your turn and return all monsters destroyed by this effect to the bottom of the Deck.

I consider this card is slightly Oped, even for anti-meta card.

I think you should've made it a [i]Continuous Spell Card[/i], it doesn't really have Field Spell values.

I would have worded it;

[color="#008000"]Destroy any monster that is Special Summoned while this card is face-up. Destroy this card
during your 3rd Standby Phase after activation and any monster destroyed by this card's
effect is returned to the bottom of their owner's Deck after its effect resolves.[/color]

It's a good card, as it can stop many Stall/ Meta Decks, especially [i]Blackwing[/i]. But they are
returned, so they can be searched again, however, it saves you for 3 turns.

EDIT: Yeah as Seta said, it does need a cost. BUT, I think that [b]stopping your own
Special Summons[/b] is part of the cost, maybe, [b]discard 1 Card[/b] to activate it.
Just put at the start of the effect: [color="#008000"]"Discard 1 Card."[/color]

I'd call the OCG:

As long as this card remains face-up on the field, destroy any monster(s) that is Special Summoned. Destroy this card during your 3rd Standby Phase after activation and return the monster(s) destroyed by this card's effect to the bottom of their owner's Deck.
