If this card is attacked by a monster that has a higher ATK than the ATK of this card, this card becomes an Equip Card equipped to the attacking monster, before damage calculation. Every Standby Phase, the equipped monster loses 100 ATK points.

Why are these cards called Excalibur? Excalibur is a sword.

Get destroyed by monster, it equipped to a monster. The monster is then tributed to summon high level monster.

Increase the ATK decreasing effect.

Bland Effect Again.
