LiAM
Really unsure, if you can manage to get it out, it does get rid of some nasty S/T. Does count as a Normal Summon, was originally a Special Summon, but thought that was OP'd. This card can only be Normal Summoned by destroying 3 Set Spell or Trap Cards your opponent controls. You can return 1 of your opponent's Spell Cards from their Graveyard to their hand to return 1 monster on the field to the top of its owner's Deck. No OCG fixes. Zeaux
Maybe make your opponent choices the Spell or Trap Card? Eh, you know, you could return a (maybe) useless S/T that he doesn't need anymore to return a monster to the top of their Deck, and that's is a pretty powerful effect. LiAM
I know returning a monster to the deck is a powerful effect XD That's why you have to give back a Spell Card. It's hard to balance with a powerful effect that gets rid of a monster + wastes their Draw.
Buttercup
It's a cost to kill the S/T making it really good. I'm not a fan of the broken "lol i exchange your Synchro swarm for 2 MST and 2 Pot of Avarice" effect, but the summoning condition only seems to make this a sidedeck card against things like GBs or Stun. Make it 2 S/T and it becomes broken tho. 6/
~Jay~
I guess you could use Starlight Road on this :/ But I agree it is quite power. You should change it so that it bounces the monster back to the hand, this way your opponent can still get a draw in. I'd probably be limited. LiAM
Well it does stop a draw, but it could return a useful spell back to their hand. One that's used, using a Spell once is a potential win over you, twice and they could gain advantage. D:
You can't Road because the nuking is a cost and it doesn't start a chain. BTW, if you get to choose your opponent's Spell it's broken.
