I like how you GFX'ed it, but I don't know baout the effect. Too much is going on and it's all too common for it to happen. 7.5/10

He probably used gimp or some type of GFX program... Second, the effects are okay, but are still bland. And yes, this is similiar to Dark Creator, only with ATK/DEF increaser effect and ATK/DEF decreaser effect, instead of an Special Summoning effect. So, I give an 6/10, b/c its just an up'd beatstick and it the gfx isn't all that cool, to me, that is. again, you get a 6/10, but good try.
