My New card i know the images are bad but i can't find better ones

Once per turn you can look in your oppenents hand. If there is a spell card in their hand you may put it in your hand. If there is a trap card you may destroy it. If there is a monster deal damage to your oppenenet equal to the attack of the monster.

Every time your opponent sets a spell or trap card put a token on this card. Every time your opponent summons or sets a monster put a token on this card. Every time your opponent attacks put 2 tokens on this card. When this card has 12 tokens you may tribute it to summon Ultimate Darkness Rainbow Dragon.

This card cannot be normal summoned or set. This card can only be special summoned by the effect of Baby Darkness Dragon. Once per turn you can destroy one monster on the field, one spell or trap on the field, and discard one card from your opponents hand. This card can only attack if you cut your life pionts in half

You may pay life pionts to lower or raise a monsters level by every 100 life points you pay. If there is a monster with Rainbow Dragon in its name that card is now level 2

Not bad at all, you just need some improvement in your OCG, and change the last picture, because it makes absolutely no sense. The rest is just fine in my opinion.
