Your card's OCG (Official Card Grammar) is wrong. It should say "If 1 of your opponent's monsters attacks this card, you can change the target to 1 other monster your opponent controls" or something like that. Also, attack and opponent do not need to be capitalized, so I would change that. You should use actual Yu-Gi-Oh cards as a reference for the OCG.

Overall, the effect is kinda bland. You should take time in creating your cards. Originality is the key here.

The picture is also bland. Try finding a better picture.

Zero should be a Machine Type monster.

Not bad for someone new here, since most new members tend to creative insanely powerful cards, but you should try thinking up of more creative effects then simple bland ones, and try finding better pictures.

Engetsuzan covered most of it, about all I can add is that it is also grammatically incorrect. Other than that, it could be worse...at least you didn't use attachments.
