When the selected monster has 3 counters, Special Summon it on your side of the field, that card effect is negated. If this card is destroyed before the selected monster from your hand reaches 3 counters remove from play both this card and the selected card on your hand.[/i][/size][/color]

the mechanic of this card's effect isn't viable unless you have to show the selected card to your opponent first otherwise you can lie. the mechanic has potential though. 7.7/10
