Excellent, but I suggest making it so that you can use the effect once every so turns. Otherwise you could freeze up your opponents side of the field within a matter of turns. other than that though it's perfect. 9.85/10

Yeah it's most likely really Op'd especially in a Ice Barrier Deck. But I plan on fixing the cost and everything very soon. But I liked this effect so I decided to share it first before I make the changes.

The overpowered aspect of this card is that it negates attacks. I think that the effect should be changed to "Once per turn", and the negating attacks to become "cannot be destroyed by battle. (Battle damage is still applied."

Level 9, so I'm making this over Trishula or Mist Wurm. The main problem is your opponent doesn't need to attack, 2800 is enough to kill most threats already and Book of Moon makes all those cards you discarded worth nowt. Stopping cards from changing their Battle Position could be nice to stop lolRykos. Frognarchs might run it then.

7/10 because it could see some actual play.
