I would say it is O'Ped. If you are going to have the token effect lower the original attack of your monster. Or maybe have less tokens. Or a combo of the two.

Make it so the Tokens cannot attack. And give them ATL/0, DEF/0.
Maybe only summon upto 4 Tokens, cos otherwise if you have another monster, the other can't go anywhere.

Guess it's effect is okay, I would have given it 2600 ATK and gain 200 for each token destroyed by battle.

Like the name and picture, but perhaps the Tokens could do something more interesting than a power boost though.

This card is ok. Free Scapegoats is nice and Frognarchs could like this guy for his ability to provide additional defense and not suck like LADD in certain matchups.

7/10 because it's good.
