It's only useful if you plan to swarm of Summon a few monsters.

Spellcaster Deck maybe, as long as you can manage to swarm them a bit.

I'm pretty sure the first part of the effect is right but I'm not sure about the second part.

Liam pretty much said it, unless this is part of a swarm deck it is kinda wasted. If it is the only card on your side of the field, it'll be blown to pieces. It can be good for as part of a Stall Swarm deck (if such a thing exists), but overall there are better options. On the whole though, very good for a 1 star (almost 2 I see), OCG is pretty good (although it has at least 1 error that I'll let you find), the pic is good and it may not be original but it is a bit creative. I rate 37/50 Cool

Yay. It's searchable with Apprentice Magician, I guess, and can run over quite a few Level 4s in combat.

Spellcaster stun could like this. 6/10 because it's good.
