now im confused, the card has to be in the grave yard and you have to sac 3 water-type monsters to get it out?
3800 atk seems a lil bit high
i think it should be earth-type

Yup. If it's in the grave you can Special Summon it, but it counts as an inherent Special Summon.

IDK about the Attribute change, making it WATER means it qualifies for Moray of Greed and Swap Frog's SS condition.

It is cool, but too situational IMO.
