Lore: (When this card is activated it is Treated as a Feild Spell Card). Durring each of your opponent's Battle-Phases, Tribute 1 Face-Up Card on your field, your opponent can't activate or declare an attack with a Card which is the same type as the card you Trbiuted. When you have Tributed more than 3 Cards using the Card's Effect, send this card from your field to the Graveyard, Ritual Summon "Moon Dragon of the Freezing Glaciers" from your Deck, hand or Graveyard to your field.

Lore:This card can only be Ritual Summoned with the Ritual Spell Card "The Cold Moon". Once per turn, select 1 Level 7 or lower monster from your opponent's hand (your opponent can’t Summon the selected monster for 3 turns), increase this cards ATK & DEF by the total level of the monster x 600. When this card is sent from the field to the Graveyard, send the monster you choose from your opponent's hand to the Graveyard instead of this card.

The pics are awesome, the OCG/effects not so much. You have some grammer errors, and your effects need adjustment. For example, the dragon should gain 500 ATK instead of 600, but for that exchange make it LV8 or lower instead. It balances better that way.
