Fusion powerhouse much? Should also state "Once per turn" or else people would consistently use the effect to send fusion material monsters back to the deck and swarm your side of the field with fusions. 8/10 on the card.

This effect is confusing and overpowered this what it should look like

"Elemental Hero Avian" + 1 Warrior-type monster
Remove from play, Fusion Material Monsters that are listed on a Fusion Monster Card from your Graveyard, and select that 1 Fusion Monster from your Extra Deck. The Fusion Material Monsters must have "Elemental Hero" in its name. Special Summon a Fusion Monster from your Extra Deck with the same name as the selected Fusion Monster.(This Special Summon is treated as a Fusion Summon) This effect can only be used once per Duel.

Its strength,level,and effect do not match at all so its op'ed but I did like the pic so 4.9/10 fix the errors and I'll raise the grade

Instead of any Warrior for it's Fusion, (it's overpowered), just make it "Avian" + "Stratos".

As Stratos has no Fusions yet (to my knowledge).

The effect baffles me.
