Only problem I see here is rewording the effect.

Should be "This card can only be special summoned if you have a "Dark Magician", "Dark Magician Girl", or a "Black Magician of Chaos" on your side of the field. If this card is special summoned in this way, send it to the graveyard at the end of your turn."

Read some tuts before you make a card.

Bland, as always.
Jeez, n00bs today's card's are getting blander and blander.
Overused pic (chuggaaconroy used it during his Pokemon Let's Plays, so it's used by now.), try and get another.
