You usually get Final Countdown in the first few turns, so Gold Sarcophagus was sided instead.

+1's from the DB's are unimportant. You may optionally inter-swap Frozen Souls with Threatening Roars. Up to you.

Side Deck itself is pretty crappy, so feel free to change it up however the hell you like.

MBaaS's and STRs has been sided for reasons obvious to most.[/b][/color][/center]

This should have 3 Upstart, any Dualities you can grab, 3 Zero Guardna, 1 RotA, probably some Warrior Returning Alives, and Thunder of Ruler and more Frozen Souls is also better than some of your choices. As well as that, I'd consider Seven Tools of the Bandit, probably over Bribe, since 90% of your problems ought to be Traps (Trap Stun, Royal Decree, Solemn). And, since the title is Jap, I don't know if this is a TCG Deck, so naturally I have to recommend 3x Swift-Attacking Scarecrow
