The OCG seems to be very off here. Where does 7th Assassin summon itself from? If it's from the graveyard you have to mention it, although it might make it broked since it's nearly invincible that way. There is a giant flaw in Last Assassin's text, it says it cannot be special summoned, but if you can't then there is no way to summon it from the Extra deck in the first place and the graveyard revival effect is useless with that. Other than OCG flaws it seems everything else is good.

The 7th Assasin

When this card battles with an opponent's monster, you can send this card to the Graveyard to destroy your opponent's monster. Then, select 1 monster you control. Increase the ATK of the selected monster by an amount equal to half of the destroyed monster's ATK. During the End Phase, you can Special Summon this card from the Graveyard in face-up Defense Position. Destroy this card if it is targeted by a card's effect.

The Last Assasin

When this card attacks or is attacked, you can send this card to the Graveyard, remove this card from play, or place this card in your Extra Deck. When this card is removed from play, destroy all cards your opponent controls. When this card is sent to the Graveyard, end the Battle Phase. When this card is sent to the Extra Deck, return up to 2 cards on the field to their owner's hand. If this card is sent to the Graveyard, Special Summon it during the End Phase. This card cannot be Special Summoned, except by it's own effect.

Now back to business... The 7th Assasin is terribly OP'd since you can Special Summon him unlimited amount of times while he is in the Graveyard, and honestly not every1 uses a D.D. Crow these days.

The Last Assasin is some kind of Raigeki + Harpie's Feather Duater, OR Negate Attack OR Penguin Soldier OR The 7th Assasin... The idea is really original BUT the first effect is kinda OP'd, it's like... i came... i attack... i remove myself... i destroy all your card... wide open, direct attack, you suffer, i win, you lose...
