My first card. I lowered it's ATK and DEF to make it seem less OP'd. I did the Holo myself, since I've been a GIMP user long before YCM. I don't think it's all that great, but decent. [b]If this is your Holo sheet please let me know.[/b] I searched "Holo sheets" on Google and found this. I'm almost positive that there are OCG errors in there, so please correct them. Yeah, UP'd means underpowered. I'll give you some help with OCG.

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set except with 3 Tributes. This card is unaffected by Spell cards. When this card is successfully summoned, flip all face-down monsters face-up. Flip Effects are not activated at this time. Once per turn during your Standby Phase you can Tribute 1 Level 3 or lower EARTH monster to gain Life Points equal to that monster's ATK.

Now for a couple (more) suggestions.
1. Give this monster another effect that destroys a card on the field or in the hand at the cost of say 1000 Life Points.
2. Change EARTH to LIGHT. It makes no sense really for a LIGHT Fairy to be in an EARTH deck for one and this effect would be somewhat wasted in an EARTH deck because EARTH is known more for high defense and sometimes no ATK.

As for the card right now, that pic is used quite often by newbs, but don't worry too much about that. The holo job is quite good, I'm impressed. The OCG other than what I covered is very good for a newb so you'll be fine here. Good job for one of your first cards ever.
