Sorry, but it's too Overpowered. It is a one star monster whose ATK and DEF can go up to 5000. Plus, it can't be destroyed by monsters(since their ATK is always reduced to 0). I'm not sure if the Spell Counter effect makes much since(since a Spell Counter effect needs to involve Spell Cards). And the Official Card Grammar is messy.


Here is a less Overpowered version:

[i]This card's ATK is equal to the number of cards in your hand x100. When this card is selected as an attack target, increase this card's ATK or DEF by 500 until the End Phase. When a monster is destroyed, place 1 Marshmallow Counter(max.3) on this card. You can Tribute this face-up card with 3 Marshmallow Counters on it to Special Summon 1 Lv 4 or lower LIGHT monster from your Graveyard.[/i]


Not too good, but you can get better. 6.9/10 for now.[/b]
