Wow, MyChemicalRahim, these are excellent! In my opinion, by far your best work. There is a series of three minimal errors. I shall point them out:

 

For Wicked Warrior, just insert a comma after "Draw 1 card."

For Dark Flare Dragon, you say "and at your next End Phase, etc."

Should be:

"...play. During your next End Phase, both players add the selected card(s) to their hand(s)."

For Shadow Enforcer, you put "monsterS" (plural). Since he's Lvl 6, it should be singular.

 

That's all I can spot now (I bet I missed something big lol). The images are fantastic (where did you find them? The first one I've seen but not the others).

Keep it up! 9.7/10, the theme is constant, the images match seamlessly-all in all a great job. Thread rated 5/5. Keep it up, I would love to see more.

Hmm...sorry, but I think you should change the image...people will notice it's Evil Neos (obviously)...but for the effect, it's ok. 7.5/10 for the new one.

I love the last card's pic, and the name is great, too. However, isn't Lvl 5 too powerful? I would change it to Lvl 4...however, the attack directly effect is great. I love 1500 monsters...
