Pics: Awesome Sauce, i know that phrase is overused but its the only thing i can think of, the pics are truely awesome.
Names: Great, they arnt limited to somthing boring and generic.
Effects: I skimmed the effects so if i missed somthing im sorry but overall they look good, but...
Balance: The effects should have a drawback for the 3000 ATK monsters.... I mean 3000 ATK is just insane if you ask me...

Your cards are amazing. I like the Japanese OCG, though if it were to be made in the U.S./U.K. the "release"'s would become "tribute"'s. The pictures and names are very original and not overdone. As a playing style, it looks a little slow. You may want cards that make unions searchable just to keep it from being annihilated by lightsworns or blackwings (Also like the Reborn references).

There's already a monster in the game that does what Hydron Fighter does, only better because it's mandatory. It's called [url="http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Oilman"]Oilman[/url]. Change it's Union effect to a destroy 1 opponent's face-up card when equipped monster destroys a monster by battle?

Add a draw effect for Atherion's return 5 Unions?
