When a Spell Card is activated, put 1 Beginning Counter on this card. When this card has 3 End Counters and 3 Beginning Counters, you can destroy 1 monster on the field and inflict damage to your opponent equal to its ATK. Not bad, apart from the OCG. Also, you don't appear to have a limit on how often you can use its destroy/damage effect.
