Can't think of any Thunder-Types other than Batterymen and that other Thunder Drummer with 1900ATK that gets destroyed if you don't control other Thunders.

But yeah, it's just got a Marauding Captain like effect, high ATK for Level 4, so it could be a lockdown technique I suppose.
Batterymen might benefit, but not sure.

You can also lockdown with defence position Haman, but not sure if you'd even do that with him. Either way, it would be a good batteryman support since most of them don't get much higher than 1000 ATK without effects.

Ditto. I always crop pictures that are too big. The effect isn't too bland, but it isn't very much fascinating either. It's alright. 7/10
