Aquila Child: just a random Winged Beast with a somewhat unique effect?

If this is the only Winged Beast-Type monster you control, it can attack all your opponent's face-up Level 4 or lower monsters. Send 1 Spell or Trap Card your opponent controls to the bottom of their Deck for each monster destroyed when this effect is active.
