Dandelo
I'm sure the drawback is enough... if not too much. At least to have his effect active. Also, aquila is Latin for eagle. While this is the only Winged Beast-Type monster you control, during each of your End Phases, discard 1 Spell Card and remove 1 Winged Beast-Type monster in your Graveyard from play, or destroy this card. If this is the only Winged Beast-Type monster you control, it can attack all your opponent's face-up Level 4 or lower monsters. Send 1 Spell or Trap Card your opponent controls to the bottom of their Deck for each monster destroyed when this effect is active.

Rampage567
Meh. Effect is balanced enough.
Lord Smeagle
So basically, this card is an expensive badass if you don't control any other Winged Beasts, and a standard 2000 beater if you do. I like it! 10/10.
