OCG: Once per turn, pay 1000 Life Points. Then you can pay Life Points equal to the number of Dragon-Type monsters in your graveyard x300, to destroy all monsters your opponent controls. If you activate this effect, monsters you control cannot attack this turn.

Pic: 7/10 Not really a good picture, I recommend using a Jazin Kay picture. As for how to get one of those, just go to his member page, go to his signature and click on the link. It will take you to Photoshop. From there just go to Dragons and have fun. Just give him credit (i.e. Image Credit Jazin Kay)

Template: 8/10 Normal Template

OCG: 8/10 2 problems: 1. In your effect when you are paying life points, where are the dragons from, the hand, the graveyard? 2. It should read something like this:

Once per turn you can pay Life Points equal to the number of Dragon-type monsters (should be at least 10 IMO) in your Graveyard (or wherever) x 200 (makes it balanced with 10+ monsters). Destroy all monsters your opponent controls. If you activate this effect, this monster cannot attack this turn.

Originality/Creativity: 7/10 Not completely original but a decent job nonetheless

Playability: 7/10 I probably wouldn't bother either way, but that's me. It isn't bad and could be dangerous.

Overall: 37/50 Cool Not too bad for a newb.

Alright, this card isn't too bad overall. I've seen the pic before several times but that's fine, this pic is much better. OCG isn't perfect but it is getting better, you need to capitalize Graveyard. The only problem I have is that this card is OP'd only because you could Special Summon this bad boy and only have to pay 1000 Life Points to nuke your opponent's field. Instead, I would get rid of the graveyard dragon stipulation and replace it with pay 2000 life points to nuke the entire field, except this guy, and then monsters can't attack that turn. It has improved quite a bit :)
