Maybe the first card could be balanced a bit by adding "This card can not be normal summoned or set. This card can only be Special summoned by removing from play 1 monster of each attribute from your graveyard.", "Wind monsters with less than 1000 ATK can attack you opponent directly" and "This card's effects cannot be used on itself." Or something along these lines.

You should give it a more creative name than that. Fusion Elemental is kinda drab IMO. Past that, OCG is off. To see proper OCG for this go to http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Clear_World to see what the OCG format is like for a card like this. Next issue is that this card is OP'd, majorly. It may even be broken. It should be a mass support card being an elemental for every element, but you need to have some costs. For example, you could discard or remove from play from your graveyard and whatever type that card is (FIRE, WATER, etc.) your monster gains that effect for the turn. Not too bad overall.

i understand, haha Fusion Elemental is actually from MTG but it has NO ability, just an 8/8 that costs WUBRG but, i figured since ive been making tranfer cards id use him and give it a killer ability(s)
