Stall worthy? It's a bit odd really. Basically, a [i]Spell Speed 3[/i] "Back to Square One", with additional effects.[/b][/center]
I promise to make something better.

I actually have no problem with a short effect if it is creative and/or useful.

IMO this card is situational at best, being a Chain Link 3. It is potent though, if you get the chance to play it. I never had much luck with chain links though personally so I probably wouldn't try it. I would also recommend a cost of 800-1000 Life Points because this could be a game breaker. Your opponent is definitely going to lose the original card plus any other copies of it in their deck plus they'll lose their hand. Of course, they get to draw a hand back but if it is full of Spells then they lose it again. The reverse of course could be true to, I wouldn't bother playing an Infernity deck with this card. For playability, I would say that I would Side Deck this card. I love the pic and template though, and the effect is interesting, I just probably wouldn't use it much.

Don't have much time to give full CnC, but by what I've skimmed through, seems original, great stall, but also OP'd. Main reason is that last effect and like the above had said, can be a game breaker. Mainly because you'll most likely use the main effect on your opponent. Remind me to give full CnC later on, Friday at most. And I'm now 100% sure all those like, 1000+ images or something you found are Chaotic Images xD

It might be little bit OP'd, but LiAM makes Limited Cards time to time .

I like this one, effect can become really handy. It's more than enough to return 1 card your opponent controls to the top of their Deck. And what are the chances your opponent will draw that card very soon? Little. But if your opponent draws it...well, fail!
