Why ?!
-Vaitor Mech V3
Its effect will be activated while it is in hand, deck, field or graveyard so it is useful. It can removed by "Dimensionhole", "Different Dimension Capsule" or "Gold Sarcophagus" then when it return it can be used with the one that was add to the hand to ritual summon any ritual monster. No thing more to say so it gets 6.3/10.

Good card it is not like that the effect will happen all the time but still good card. 6.2/10.

The first card could be useful, if you make these cards have a removal effect theme.

7.5/10 for the first one.

The second one is situational, and the effect is kinda meh, so I give it a 6/10.
