During either player Battle Phase, you can discard this card to decrease the ATK of 1 monster on the Field to 0. Druing you Main Phase 2 you can pay 1000 Life Points to add this card from your Graveyard back to your hand, but you cannot activate Spells or Traps until your next turn after this cards activation.

The picture looks like you just inverted Honest, but hey I am not judging. It has a pretty good effect, i would somehow limit him so that you cant get him back all the time. Maybe like "During your Draw Phase, if this card is in your Graveyard, you can pay 1000 Life Points to add this card to your hand from the Graveyard instead of drawing."
