It's good, a general Warrior beatstick with the power to Pierce. I believe 'This card inflicts Piercing Damage' is new OCG, just easier.
I would OCG fix but it's all too minor and no one cares about OCG fixes really...

well maybe just once:

Still, you can Special Summon it, so could be a good beatstick, add Solidarity and Assault on HQ.
However, at 3500 ATK, it's far too OP'd.
A simple 2600 is fine enough, being as there's too much ATK increasing cards for Warriors anyway, like Equips and Continuous spells.

Hmm, it's like an easy to acquire BLS:EotB with a LP payout and Piercing Damage. I think you should change the tribute amount from 2 to 3 Warrior types(If you run this in a warrior deck, it'll be easy to get out)
