LiAM
It's an odd effect. If your opponent would only discard the monsters, then it'd be OP'd, but both, makes it almost unusable. It doesn't really do anything other than discard both Decks. So what's to stop you running a card that uses a different effect with 1900 ATK or more that can be Normal Summoned at an easier cost? It just seems a bit odd to use, what was the plan with this, I'm assuming there's a technique somewhere?
♥Łövëły-Ċħän♥
Rather deck situational. Good in LS and your Possessed. Kind of an extreme mill effect. Could be an issue idk. Also you never specified where the cards are sent to >>. Anyways, I suppose it;'s balanced but I'm not sure if that last effect is...idk necessary i guess? idk it just seems a little too high since you can have like 8 monsters in there and thats an 8 card mill. But idk people tend to get out high power monsters really really fast so idk. damn i said "idk" alot in this reply o.o'
BulletMan
Good OCG. Good effect. Though it seems abusable with that mill, you would need vast amounts of monsters in your Grave for it to do any real advantage. It could definitely be good in a mill Deck when Offense is needed. Very generic too though. Maybe a good change would be to replace the "mill cards from both players Deck up to the number of monsters in your Graveyard", well, replace that YOUR with THEIR. Or not. Either way doesn't do much of a difference. well: 7.8/
Zeaux
There are Zombies that like to be on your Graveyard like PZ and Mezuki and DARK Decks that work from the Graveyard, so: more monsters in the Graveyard = Uh I like it. The original effect was supposed to mill only your opponent's Deck, but that just seem OP to me, then I made it mill both Decks, IDK if it could work like the original idea. @Lovely: idk where the "to the Graveyard" has gone. D: But I'll fix that. @X-L: Thanks for the review dude!
Anbu-of-Sand
Don't have much time to give full CnC, but by what I've skimmed through, it's a nice 1900 beater that is also a decent mill engine that can support both players, but can also has the support to screw your opponent over if a mill engine is something they don't need in their Deck or wouldn't work well with them. Remind me to give full CnC later on, Friday at most.

CDude
Why get rid of a monster when there plenty of other cards out there with 1900 ATK. 6/
