When this card is Normal Summoned, you can send 3 cards from the top of your Deck to the Graveyard to add 1 "Lightsworn" monster, except "Lolath, Lightsworn Signaler", from your Deck to your hand. When a Counter Trap is activated, you must Tribute this card. Negate that effect's activation and destroy the card.

Once per turn, during your Main Phase, you can equip this card to a Machine-Type monster you control as an Equip Card, OR unequip it to Special Summon this card in face-up Attack Position. When equipped to a monster by this card's effect, if the equipped monster battles, all Battle Damage and Effect Damage you would take becomes 0. (A monster can only be equipped with 1 Union Monster at a time. If the equipped monster would be destroyed, destroy this card instead.)
