When this card is Summoned, destroy all cards on the field except this card. When this card attacks a monster with equal or higher ATK or DEF than this card (whichever position the monster is in), this card is not destroyed (damage calculation is applied), then decrease the ATK and DEF of the monster that battled with this card by 1000.
