Instead of Junk blaster, I would rather use;

It's a guaranteed 1000 ATK that way...

Junk Fighter is a pointless Normal monster, as it doesn't even have a high ATK or a Scrap effect.

Suppose Fighter could be worth it for the Gladiator, but it's almost like a Ritual,
you need both and a lot of skill to get both at a good time.

And Terminatorus thing is overpowered, 200 Life Points to gain a free monster,
in which can attack your opponent or just be used as Tribute fodder?

Not technically because Junk terminatorus is simply a powered down goyo guardian really.
So its weaker goyo guardian really

Yeah but Goyo Guardian is one of the most overpowered Synchros to exist.

I still don't know why Konami made him, he's going to be banned soon anyway.

Well yes but at least he has a cost but i guess i could make the cost 500 life points?
Or 800? oh and i didnt know he was overpowerd anyway.
I am new anyway though
And the MOST overpowered synchro is Majestic Red Dragon but I know you said one of

First, the current Junk monsters are all Warrior-type (even Junk Synchron, which is the only non-machine Synchron), rather than machines. Fighter and Gladiator seem more like Warriors than Machines, so I don't really see why they aren't. Terminatorus I can see, but the need for machine non-tuners conflicts with the existing Junk monsters, and it actually works better with Black Salvo.

Junk Blaster doesn't seem worth it. Unless they have a full field, you can get a better result from other cards, which could if needed be put on some non-junk monster.

Junk Fighter is a bad normal monster. It really needs either more attack or more defence (so it can stall a turn), or possibly to drop a level and a bit of defence.

Junk Gladiator is decent, although a bit too powerful for a level 5 and would be better as a level 6 or 7. As is it can be normal summoned, making Junk Fighter optional. If you meant it to be special summon only it needs the phrase 'This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set' at the start.

Terminatorus is overpowered. 200 life points isn't anything at all for one of your opponent's monsters, especially in attack position which would let that monster attack as well. Maybe 500/800/1000 life points, and/or a restriction on that monster attacking/using it's effects. Even Goyo Guardian summons the monster in defence, meaning it can't attack until the next turn.

Junk Armory Arm isn't worth it. I can use Ring of Magnetism instead and lose less attack power. It would only help if the monster was sitting in defence, and there a) are very few Junk monsters that want to do that and B) sitting in defence doesn't win duels. Also it can only be equipped to a "Junk V" monster, which I'm guessing is a typo, but if not there aren't any monsters it can even be used on.

Did you just add those last two or did they not come up the first time I looked at the cards?

Junk V.1 angel seems somewhat overpowered. It probably should have some sort of summoning restriction, like not being special summon-able (stops use of Monster Reborn ect.). The no battle damage effect probably won't matter that much on a card with that much attack

Valkire (Should that be Valkyrie?) is actually a decent card, but it could probably do with lower stats (about 0-500 ATK and DEF) to make up for the fact that it's both a Tuner and can't be destroyed in battle at all.

If you're making more "Junk V" monsters, then Junk Armory Arm's equipping requirements are fine, but if not then it should list what it can be equipped to as either all Junk monsters or only Junk V.1 Angel. The attack loss still seems rather steep - 800 or 1000 might be better, or negate the 'no direct attack' part of the effect.

You don't need to hit return in the card descriptions, other than after listing fusion/synchro material.

Yeah ui just added those bottom two and yeah i know that angel's overpowered so tommorow i might change it

and you might not have noticed that i lowered the angel's atk points so now it isnt too overpower for a 10 star

If i can make these cards perfect i will try to make them a BOOSTER PACK

Here is my changed version:

Terminatorus is better, but it still should really prevent the summoned monster attacking that turn, since you're almost certain to do more than 800 back to your opponent if it can. (Also, add 'and sends it to the Graveyard'. It makes it weaker against decks that can remove their monsters from play.) I'm also not convinced by the need for Machine non-tuners, since it splits your Junk monsters from the existing ones. If you want to limit what can summon it making it need a Junk tuner would probably work better. It you want to make yours machines you can, but if you make them incompatible with the existing monsters you may as well have named them something else.
Junk Blaster could be more powerful. 400 or so per opponent's monster would punish swarming but still make the card effective if they only had 2-3 monsters.
Junk Fighter is now more useful, but with 1250 ATK it should deal it's unmodified original attack when it attacks (Like Submarineroid and Sonic Shooter).
Gladiator doesn't need to remove from your opponent's graveyard. It will often be of little consequence, you are very likely to have a card of your own to remove, and in the few times your opponent may want a card that's in their grave it's fairer.

The OCG needs work though. The following are correct versions:

1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner Machine-type monsters.
When this card destroys an opponent's monster by battle and sends it to the Graveyard, you can pay 800 life points to Special Summon that monster to your side of the field in face-up Attack Position. That monster cannot declare an attack this turn.
(The italics show what I'd suggest to change. Without these, Terminatorus can get monsters Goyo can't, which isn't good for the card's balance.)

This card can attack your opponent's Life Points. When it does, any Battle Damage this card inflicts to your opponent's Life Points becomes equal to the original ATK of this card.
(The underlined section isn't OCG, but adding it makes the effect far clearer)

Equip only to a "Junk" monster. The equipped monster gains 250 ATK for each monster your opponent controls.

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by tributing 1 face-up "Junk Fighter" you control and removing from play 1 Spell or Trap Card in either player's Graveyard. This card is unaffected by card effects.
(The italics are optional; it depends whether or not you want people to be able to tribute summon it. If you don't want people to revive it, replace 'This card can only be Special Summoned by' with 'This card cannot be Special Summoned except by'. As is, people do have to summon it properly first, but afterwards could summon it from the grave with cards like Monster Reborn.)
Equip only to a "Junk V" monster you control. The equipped monster loses 1200ATK. All monsters your opponent controls can only attack the equipped monster, if they attack.

This card cannot attack your opponent directly. You take no battle damage from battles involving this card.
(This actually makes it slightly more powerful, since it means if you stop it being destroyed in battle (such as with Mist Body or Shield Warrior) you still take no damage.)
