Discard any number of cards and send the same number of Level 1 monsters from your Deck to the Graveyard. Then add 1 Level 4 or lower Rock-Type monster from your Deck to your hand.

I don't see why discarding is necessary. Reinforcement of the Army lets you get a lvl 4 for free. I know that sending lvl 1's to the grave is support for your other Rock cards, but I just don't think discarding is necessary. You'd obviously have to limit the number of level 1's you could send, but that's an easy fix.

You're searching out stuff like Stepping Stone and Pressure Tuner with it. The discard cost stops you from getting LOLPLUSES with it and Golem Miner. I don't see why the sending limit is necessary.
