Very good card but i dont understand why you would need his last effect, would you want to kill his Level 4 monsters or something?

Also the name is quite a mouthful haha
other than that I like it

You would do that to kill a Level 4 monster your opponent controls. I will change the last effect so that it only works when it is destroyed so that you dont inflict huge amount of damage to your self

And it's probably just kids that are on the site
