The tuner should br limited to Insect-Type so it be harder to summon and I think the creatur in the pic is from Chaotic but anyway I do not care as long as it is a good pic. The ATK will not be high unless you have 4 S&T cards so the first effect is balance but not a great idea. The card effect will be even more useful if you add cards like "Mage Power", "Dark Coffin" and "Cyber Shadow Gardna" or "Crystal Beasts" monsters to your deck. The draw back is not enough so you should add the insect tuner only or change its level to 2 or any other that is hard to get. 7.4/10.

I thought of limiting it to Insect, but I wanted a universal Synchro (cos otherwise people wont like it).

Well the highest ATK is... 800,1600,2400,3200,4000,4800... Yeah 4800 (bad at maths).

And yeah, thanks for the advice, I'll be sure to go against my values and make a card that is completely realistic XD (and not just something people like cos it's powerful).
