Apparently, these people are from Final Fantasy or something. Idk. But it made a good card, so here. (I don't know if these are their proper names or not.)

Lore: This card cannot be destroyed in battle. Once this card has been summoned, if 5 cards are sent to the Graveyard since summoning, this card goes to the Graveyard as well. Once summoned, place 1 Fusion counter(max.1) on this card. You may then remove that counter to summon any Fusion-Type monster from your hand without the proper Fusion, at the cost of x100 Life Points for the Fusion's Level.

Constructive Criticism accepted.

Time to get back into the swing of things;
OK, the start of this is interesting -- it can't be destroyed by battle, but after 5 cards hit the grave it dies on its own, that's pretty original to me, but then you start off with 'Fusion Counters'. First, you ought to specify where exactly they go (I'm assuming the card itself, but even if so it ought to say so), and second, Fusion Monsters don't go in the Main Deck, so they won't ever end up in your hand -- even if they're "returned to the owner's hand", they return to the Extra Deck, just like Synchros nowadays.

And third of all, that effect seems pretty broken for it to not have some other limitation to it, even if it's that the monster returns to the Extra Deck at some point -- people would be bringing out Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon or Cyber Twin Dragon and raising Cain with this thing with nothing to stop them but heavy negation tactics, and that's no good; perhaps you should put a restriction, cost, or other drawback to the Fusion Counter/Monster effect?
Otherwise, it's a nifty card -- like I said, I like its '5 cards' condition working with the immunity to battle, and its ATK and Level go well together and with the effect of the card, barring Fusion Counter effect.
I don't know what the original image looked like, so I can't say whether or not it was squished, but as far as image quality it's pretty good from what I can see. It looks a little lop-sided, though, leaning to the right thanks to the amount of space between Tidus and the edge versus Yuna and the edge.
This does little to change the quality of the card, however; keep up the good work.

Thx for the review and corrections. I have NO idea how to play this game, so maybe you could tutor me on how everything works! (No, I can't just "Look Up" a tutorial. Parental Controls.)

*Yawn* Anyway, I'll try and correct tomorrow. For now, G'nite!

[edit]

Ok, I did a few corrections. Hopefully, its less broken now. I added a down side to the summon, and specified where the counter goes. The squished pic, however, there is little to nothing I can do about that....
