Chances your opponent will S.S. A lv 4 by monster effect = low.

Any S.S. by monster effect = still a bit low

Any S.S. of a LV 4 =low... still

Any S.S. at all = quite high rate.

But I mean, it's too hard to use, and if you don't have the cards, you're screwed.

its still very situational, you need to keep the right monster on the field, when your opponent summons the right monster, then you still have to wait for your opponent's turn to end, IF he/she doesn't destroy your monsters first
