GenzoTheHarpist
Great Shogun should be ludicrously easy to summon w/ Kizan and Grandmaster maxed.
Brandon Michael Geren
Dark Hole should stay. But Shien should be added.
Mister Sir
If I run Shogun, I would only run 1. The first thing my opponent will usually do when I have him out is activate Dark Hole. Secondly, I want more consistency with this deck and from what I recall, Shogun decreases consistency in Six Sams. 3 United clogs and consequently, 3 Shogun is a horrible idea. -1 Mind Crush -1 Morphing Jar +1 Shien +1 Trap Stun
Master of Sabers
I run two shoguns, and it works fantastic. 3 United is also insanely good draw power, I've found. What about spirit of the six sam?
-1 MST -1 MBAAS -1 Road +1 United +1 Warning +1 Book Monster line-up looks perfect.
Thanks Manjy but why run 1 MST? I'll reneg on my statement about Six Samurai United, since most decks seem to be running it at 3. But why MBAAS and Starlight? Black Rose Dragon at three, Mirror Force, Torrential, and Dark Hole, etc. are cards that kill my swarm after I have swarmed so I don't understand why I wouldn't want to protect them while they're out. MBAAS in particular stops Grandmaster from being killed by Bottomless which really helps me out.

Manjoume Thunder
Solemn Warning can also deal with BRD and the likes. You can also follow it with a big push or an extra +1 from Yaichi. MBaaS is good, but not as good Solemn Warning and the 2 don't really work well together. MST is just not that needed. I always neg it when I do not have space. I am not sure about Spirit, because it reduces consistency a bit and you will be getting a lot of pluses from United, Gateway, Yaichi, etc anyway so you do not need it. Manjoume Thunder
I don't like Enishi. :S [s]You should consider the LV1 tuner, because it makes the new Shien easier than the LV2 one.[/s] Best Six Sam deck that I've seen here imho. EDIT: nvm didn't realize that it doesn't have 6sam in its name.

Mister Sir
Why Enishi?
He helps you recover from an opponent's big game push. Let me put it this way: when I draw it or have it in hand, it's a viable out to my opponent's plays. Things I noted from play testing so far: Kageki has a different role in Six Sams than Boggart has in Sabers. While Sabers have Faultroll which is commonly run at three, Kageki would be used to have 2 Six Sams out for swarming or for Shogun, which is generally only run at 1. With that in mind, 3 Kageki clogs. Shien's Yoriko, despite its stats and level, is a decent card, especially against the mirror or Blackwings. Tempted to test 2 in the main deck. Also this deck has problems with opponent's Book of Moon plays. ;/ Tempted to do the following: -1 Kageki +1 Yoriko
