Monkey
I liked the image and am working on glowing You can Special Summon this card by returning 2 of your removed from play cards to your Deck (except Revival Synthesizer). Once per turn, you can switch this card's ATK and DEF. Your opponent must battle with this card, if able. If this card is selected as an attack target while it is in Attack Position with 0 ATK, you can pay multiples of 100 (max. 1500) to increase this card's ATK by that much until the end of the Damage Step. If this card is selected as an attack target while it is in face-up Defense Position with 0 DEF, increase your Life Points equal to the attack of the attacking monster's DEF. Not concerned with OCG, more with playability.
jenofresh
It's Summon Conditions are a bit OP considering how available RFP Decks are. Possibly add a 1 Card Discard to Summoning Conditions.
Monkey
Discarding 1 card can make it even more OP'ed because it can set up your Grave as well. I did the return-2-cards-back-to-deck idea so it can recycle cards like Valley, PSZ, Mezuki, and other cards RFP from DAD, Sorcerer, etc

Perhaps add in a little tidbit about how it needs to wait a turn to attack? That's my only thing I see that's OP about it is that you could have 3 of these, SpSummon the three of them and also a Normal Summon in a single turn.
