Mmm.. I do not know it look fine BUT it sounds overpowered.. I mean since your opponet do not have any monsters or traps on the field he/she will not activate any thing but spells so you will not lose many cards and if this monster is changed to defense you can easily keep it on field until your turn so you change it back to attack but still this will not happen often because you only return 1 card per two turn because your opponent may never attack this card and it only takes 2-6 activations until you have no cards...alot of useless talk
