See my sig for the accurate way to post cards. Anyway, this card isn't very good, and here's why:

1. You didn't list what type of cards are used to Synchro Summon this.
2. The effect is kinda pathetic, no offense. There is no imagination and it doesn't say when it activates, nor does it have a cost. Plus it is extremely short. Look at other cards to see how an effect should be.
3. There is no point having a LV10 Synchro Tuner, not without support. This card shouldn't even really be LV10, nor does the effect make a lot of sense because he was beaten by a Jedi (even though he died protecting his son).
4. The pic isn't all that good IMO, it at least needs a background. I won't ask you to find another pic because this is Pop Culture and that pic suits the card alright.
5. Some people take offense to fake types (i.e. Jedi, Sith Lord). I would recommend this card being either a Warrior, Fiend or Machine. If you want you can rewrite the name as "Sith Lord - Darth Vader"
6. Optional: The stats and level seem too high to me. I would recommend giving him 8 stars, 2500 ATK and 2000 DEF with an updated effect.
