Well, now you know how to post them, but they still have a long way to go. I'll work on 2 of them to give you an idea on how to do it. Also, they all need better pictures, most of them are blurry and/or without backgrounds.

1. Sage Naruto- I would change the name to "Naruto Uzumaki - Sage Mode", Attribute is fine with WIND, type should be Warrior. A better idea for this card instead of fusion is something is turn it into an effect monster with this kind of effect:
This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by Tributing 1 Level 6 or higher "Naruto Uzumaki" monster equipped with "Sage Chakra". Once per turn you can return 1 Spell Card from your Graveyard to your Deck. During the End Phase of your 3rd turn after summoning this card, send this card to the Graveyard and Special Summon 1 "Naruto Uzumaki" monster from your Graveyard.
Also, along with that, I would lower the Level to 8 and the stats should be something like 3200 ATK and 2300 DEF.

2. Hidan- I would rename this to "Hidan of the Akatsuki". If you want to keep him effectless, that is fine, but he is an immortal and he should have an effect that demonstrates that he is immortal to everything except for Traps. Also, he should have a story behind him, such as:
He is one of the newest members of the Akatsuki and is immortal. Few survive the rampage of this Prophet of Jashin.

Edit: All of these cards need similar work, so try to keep these things in mind. Notice how I gave them effects similar to the powers they really possess.
