Nice picture. Effect is nice, but seems rather risky since you're losing everything whilst your opponent keeps their hand, so it's easy for them to use in their favour. It might be able to get away without the discard cost, or make it just discard 1/2 cards, since your opponent can still destroy it in battle or remove it from play/send it back to the extra deck/steal/tribute it.

OCG should read:

1 Dragon-type Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters.
When this card is sent from the field to the Graveyard by your opponent's card effect, you can discard your hand to destroy all cards on the field.
