Change it's level to either 7 or 8.

Also your OCG is somewhat shaky, so here.

"This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except if you control a face-up "DevilMayFreak". When this card attacks, it is changed to Defense position at the end of Damage Step. It's Battle Position cannot be changed, except with a card effect".

Something like that anyways.

The card itself is like a beefed up Goblin Attack Force, except with a Summoning requirement. Not bad, but nothing spectacular.

Eh not really. It's a downside yes, but nothing that's gonna hurt you too bad.

This card would be a pain to beat with Final Attack Orders though.

i know final attack order, because i run a deck using final attack order, axe dragonute, toon GAF, normal GAF, Elite GAF alongside skill drain with a few other beatsticks, im just saying I WOULD NOT sac 2 monsters for a one time use card.
