Yes, I can see how it's OP'd, but keep in mind, not all zombies have low attacks, so depending on when you summon this, you may not have many zombies in your Graveyard. If you don't have any or only have some with high ATKs, then this card will have an incredibly hard time gaining ATK, and would probably be destroyed rather quickly.

And with Dark Synchros, isn't it "1 Dark Tuner - 1 or more non-Tuner monsters", because you're deducting levels.

Card's Effect can be OP, though I don't know of many high Level Zombie
monsters that you could Tribute. But it's a quick flood.
Could also be useful in a [u]Dark Armed Dragon[/u] strategy.

Not liking the Dark Synchro template as much... (Mine's better) XD
