...well this is new, an attached image that is full size. Even so, though, I would recommend doing it the right way. See my signature for step by step on how to post cards the right way. Anyway,

Pic: 6/10 Not a good pic but it kinda fits the card requirements...kinda...

Template: 8/10 Normal Template

OCG: 7/10 It needs some work, but it is all small mistakes. For example, standby phase should be Standby Phase and machines should be Machine-type Monsters.

Originality/Creativity: 7/10 The idea of powering up machines has been going on for awhile now unfortunately. But this is at least your own spin on it.

Playability: 6/10 OP'd (overpowered) to the point of broken. It destroys all cards on your opponent's side of the field (except machines, which while played a lot aren't played that much so it almost isn't a stipulation to worry about) while not effecting your side plus gives your side only machine monsters a power boost and it cannot be destroyed except by monster effect. Needs some kind of balancing costs, plural in this case. For example, discard your hand (at least 3+ cards) and pay 400 Life Points per turn.

Overall: 34/50 Good, it is coming along but it still needs some work. Not bad for a newb. Feel free to PM me if you need help.
