So can the monster attack in the spell card zone??

Your pic is pretty LQ, but your ocg is pretty good. But with minor capitalization errors and unnecessary phrases:

Easily abuseable IMO. But I still have the same question as chedbonlahor, [i]can[/i] the selected monster attack while in the Spell/Trap Zone?
